Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Vero Beach, Florida.

This contract position offers 13 weeks with 40 hours weekly, days shift in a SNF/LTC setting. ASAP start. Open to experienced or new graduates who have graduated from an accredited school and are pursuing/holding a state PT license.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist / PT to join their growing team for a 13 week assignment!

Requirements include:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.

• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
