Centra Healthcare Allied seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Estero, Florida. The role is a SNF/LTC setting requiring a 13-week contract and 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift.

Ideal candidates have graduated from an accredited program, hold an active PT license (or in process), and current CPR certification. Travel experience is a plus; benefits include competitive pay and housing accommodations.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
