Cherry Hill Free Clinic seeks a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients in a SNF setting. The role requires an active state license and 2 years of experience, with occasional call or weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active State License required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• CPR/BLS certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions in a SNF setting.
• Provide therapy services adhering to professional standards and facility protocols.
• Occasionally handle call or weekend coverage, with schedule adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts.
