Cherry Hill Free Clinic seeks a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients in a SNF setting. The role requires an active state license and 2 years of experience, with occasional call or weekend coverage.

You will collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans and provide therapy services, following facility protocols. A rewarding environment supports professional growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active State License required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• CPR/BLS certification may be required.
