• Achieve an 88-90% productivity target and handle therapy needs for SNF patients.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams, manage caseloads efficiently, and provide quality therapy services.
• Handle documentation and ensure licensing/credentialing compliance; processes are streamlined by the agency.
