Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and active state Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of assignment.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Skilled Nursing experience preferred; new grads with SNF clinical rotations encouraged to apply.
• Flexibility and adaptability in new clinical environments.
• BLS Certification.
