Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and active PTA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of assignment.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Skilled Nursing experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Flexibility and adaptability in new clinical environments.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment for patients across a wide range of diagnoses under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures.
• Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and responsibility while delivering high‑quality patient care.
• Collaborate effectively as a team member and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
