TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to join a SNF rehabilitation team in Placerville, CA. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve rehabilitation goals.

This 13-week assignment offers guaranteed 36 hours per week, start ASAP, with weekly pay between $2,471 and $2,746. You will document progress, communicate with physicians and staff, and support patients and caregivers

Qualifications

• Active PT license required.
• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities
