Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility teams in Minnesota. You will assess patients, develop therapy plans, and support patients in regaining strength and independence during a 13-week travel assignment.

You will collaborate with therapy teams, monitor progress, and document outcomes while delivering 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week. A Minnesota PT license and SNF experience are preferred; housing options and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Minnesota PT license is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
