You will conduct evaluations, implement evidence-based interventions, and document progress, collaborating with the care team to support recovery and mobility improvements for diverse patients.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program with an active Minnesota PT license.
• Preferably experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings.

Role:

• Travel Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing setting, responsible for assessing and treating adult patients to improve mobility and independence.

Key Duties:

Qualifications:
