Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license required.
• BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• A SSN and DOB are required.
• One work reference required.
