Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sioux Falls, SD. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop plans of care, and collaborate with a clinical team in hospital or therapy settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in SD and compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• New graduates are welcome to apply (Doctorate preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using exams and history to identify needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Administer therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document progress and outcomes in medical records accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise and safety precautions.
