Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to take your skills on the road in a 100% travel role across multiple communities. This is a dynamic home health PT position that lets you explore new locations while delivering patient-centered care.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, collaborate with local clinical teams, document progress, and support continuity of care. Travel stipends, mileage reimbursement, and licensure support are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active PT license or ability to obtain licensure in assigned states.
• At least one year of clinical experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel 100% to assigned locations.
• Valid driver's license and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned Elara Caring locations to provide home health physical therapy.
• Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and help them regain mobility and independence.
• Collaborate with local clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Document patient progress and support continuity of care.
