Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality home health PT across multiple communities. This 100% travel role offers the chance to work with varied patient populations and collaborate with local clinical teams to maintain mobility and independence.

You'll evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, document progress, and receive support for licensure and travel logistics. A PT degree and active license, plus travel readiness, are required.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active PT license or ability to obtain licensure in assigned states.
• At least one year of clinical experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel 100% to assigned locations.
• Valid driver’s license and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned Elara Caring locations to provide home health physical therapy.
• Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and help them regain mobility and independence.
• Collaborate with local clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Document patient progress and support continuity of care.
