Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Experience welcomed, new grads considered.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals.
• Educate patients on home exercise and safety measures.
