Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Mt Vernon, Ohio. The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.
The role requires a valid PT license, BLS certification, and strong clinical skills. Preference for Doctorate in Physical Therapy; new grads welcome to apply and may require additional certifications as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
- Clinical PT experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
- Licensure or other certifications may be required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
- Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for coordinated care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
