Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing - Therapy seeks a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Toledo, Ohio. The role offers 40 hours per week, a standard 8-hour shift, and travel benefits within a supportive clinical team.

The candidate will evaluate and treat patients with mobility impairments, develop individualized rehab plans, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, effective care. Licensed PTs with BLS are preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• New grads welcome to apply; other certs/licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain PT equipment safely and accurately.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
