Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 14-week assignment in Sandwich, MA. The role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a hospital/clinic setting with competitive pay and full benefits.

Requirements include a valid PT license, current BLS, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred. New grads welcome. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with a care team to support safe, quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and determine treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans using evidence-based techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and self-management.
