Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Conway, New Hampshire. The role requires PT credentials, NPTE, and a current state license with CPR on file.

The position offers a 40-hour week with an 8-hour shift and travel benefits through a Joint Commission-certified agency. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience, graduation from an accredited program, and is licensed or actively pursuing licensure in the state.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license or active licensure application in progress.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehab services and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity and physician direction.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in physical therapy methods.
• Develop care plans and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate patient goals.
