Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Conway, New Hampshire. The role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, with 8-hour shifts and travel benefits.

The PT will evaluate, treat, and educate patients across hospital or clinic settings, delivering evidence-based plans and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure quality care and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• New grads welcome; Doctorate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Coordinate care with physicians and nurses for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on home exercise and prevention strategies.
• Maintain a safe, infection-controlled treatment environment.
