Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license or in process for PT licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families.
• Develops a plan of care and provides skilled PT services.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to plan and evaluate goals.
