Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Aberdeen, Maryland. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, dayshift. Travel role with housing and credentialing support is offered.

The candidate should hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a BPT with NPTE, be licensed or in process, have CPR certification, and at least one year of experience. Compensation includes benefits and travel reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on capacity and physician direction.
• Set realistic goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families.
• Develop a plan of care and provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
