Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• 6 months to 1+ year outpatient clinical experience.
• Active state license and CPR certification.
• Experience with outpatient therapy and supervision of therapy services preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality care, and ongoing professional development.
