Aura Health in New Jersey is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop and modify individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and families to promote recovery in a community-based outpatient setting.
The role requires a degree in Physical Therapy, an active NJ license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year outpatient experience; shift is 8 hours daily, 40+ hours weekly, with competitive salary and benefits.
Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist
Responsibilities: Evaluate patients, develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and functional return. Educate patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure high standards of care and safety in a community-based outpatient setting.
Key Duties: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, document clinical interventions accurately, align care with physician orders and insurance requirements, participate in student supervision and professional development, and maintain licensure and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, 1+ year outpatient experience preferred, active New Jersey license, CPR certification. Ability to perform patient evaluations, documentation, and adhere to safety protocols.
Shift & Hours: 8-hour days, minimum of 40 hours per week.
