American Traveler, LLC. seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting. Active PT license and at least 1 year of experience are required.

The role offers a 13-week assignment with flexible 4–10 hour or 5–8 hour days, no weekends, and comprehensive PPE protocols. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, goal setting, and documenting treatment plans; supervision of assistants and mentoring of students may occur.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program and valid state license if required.
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Able to perform heavy work, exerting up to 50-100 lbs of force occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, establish treatment goals, and carry out and document treatment plans.
• May supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Attendants per state regulations.
• May mentor volunteers and/or students in line with department guidelines and APTA standards.
• Outpatient physical therapy setting with flexible scheduling (4–10 hour days or 5–8 hour days).
• No weekends or holidays required; 13‑week assignment.
• Exposure to electrical/mechanical equipment, blood, chemicals, and infectious disease with PPE use per protocol.
