Role & Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions.
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Manage an average of 11 patients per day using Prompt EMR system.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Adapt to new environments and contribute to diverse outpatient settings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active State License required.
• Outpatient experience and proficiency with Prompt EMR required.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
