Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Wilbraham, MA. The role offers a 40-hour work week, day shifts, and opportunities to impact patient mobility and quality of life within hospital, clinic, and rehab settings.

The ideal candidate holds an active Physical Therapy license in MA and a current BLS certification. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred, and new grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, examinations, and history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to optimize treatment outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques
