Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Monument, CO. You will evaluate patients, design rehab plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a valid PT license and BLS certification, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred. Travel duties, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits are provided to support travel professionals.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and plan individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
