Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Mesa, AZ. The role includes evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and working with a clinical team to improve mobility and reduce pain. BLS and state PT licensure are required, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.

Travel and a comprehensive benefits package are offered. Start ASAP with 40 hours per week, dayshift, and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a travel setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations to determine treatment need.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans using evidence-based techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention.
