Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy or equivalent (DPT).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and conduct examinations to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs and implement treatment plans.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
