Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Merced, California. The role requires 40 hours per week across 8-hour shifts, with a 13-week duration.

The therapist will perform patient evaluations and provide and document therapy services per the plan of care and physician orders where applicable. Minimum requirements include CA licensure as a Physical Therapist, graduation from an accredited PT program, and current CPR if applicable; TB

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and provide therapy services as per the plan of care.
• Document therapy activities according to physician orders when applicable.
