Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Merced, California. The PT will evaluate and treat patients in the acute care setting while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Expect 13-week engagement, 40 hours weekly, 10-hour day shifts. Applicants should have at least 6 months of experience; 1 year preferred, with BLS and state licensing required. New grads may be considered with appropriate background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of PT experience; 1 year preferred.
• BLS certification and state licensure required.
• Ability to stand/walk long periods and perform assessments and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the facility following guidelines.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel to ensure team plan of care.
