Full-time, travel, contract and temporary roles available. Weekly gross pay is $2,600 with travel/housing support for eligible travelers.

Qualifications

• PT experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient needs, and identify functional deficits.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to reduce pain and restore mobility.
• Perform patient evaluations and document findings clearly.
