Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Honolulu, HI. The role offers 40 hours per week with a dayshift schedule and opportunities to impact patient mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in Hawaii in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong clinical evaluation and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
