Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role requires a Doctorate or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, an active state license, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience, with additional facility-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist assesses referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provides direct patient care.
• Develops and administers a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction.
• Sets realistic goals, documents patient condition, and educates patients and families in physical therapy methods.
• Develops a plan of care for each patient and provides skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
