Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The role involves evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote independence in hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.
• Physical Therapy experience welcome; new grads may apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate physical therapy equipment safely and ensure device maintenance.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
