Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Topeka, KS. You will evaluate patients, design personalized rehabilitation plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy.
• New grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests and history.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists and others.
• Assist with discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions.
• Perform other duties within scope of practice.
