Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in the United States. The role involves direct patient care, assessing functional status, and delivering a tailored therapy plan 40 hours per week.

Required are a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a BPT with NPTE, current CPR, and an active PT license. Travel housing or housing allowance, health insurance, and 401(k) are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a BPT with NPTE completion.
• Minimum one year's experience as a PT.
• Current state PT license or active licensure application.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehab and provide direct care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals.
• Educate patients and families on therapy methods and progress.
• Develop a plan of care for each PT patient.
• Provide skilled therapy services per physician orders.
• Assess needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care as needed.
• Collaborate with disciplines to align team goals.
