Job summary

• Doctorate or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Must pass the NPTE and hold current licensure or be in process.
• CPR certification required.
• At least one year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients needing rehabilitation services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions per physician orders.
• Evaluate patient conditions and set realistic goals.
• Document progress and educate patients and families.
