Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Thief River Falls, MN. You will evaluate patients, design personalized rehab plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

With strong teamwork, you’ll document outcomes and stay current with best practices, all while delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced travel environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Minnesota.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• DPT preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and self-management.
