Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Owatonna, MN. You will evaluate and treat patients, collaborating with a clinical team to deliver evidence-based care while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

This role requires a valid PT license, BLS, and the ability to work 40 hours weekly on a standard 8-hour shift. New grads are welcome; strong communication and clinical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• PT experience accepted for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
