Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, basic PC skills, and documentation.
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients.
• Effective interpersonal skills to work with diverse healthcare teams.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain focus, and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions through assessments and history.
• Create and adjust evidence-based rehabilitation plans.
