Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Hayward, CA. You will evaluate, plan and implement personalized physical therapy programs to improve mobility and reduce pain for patients in hospital or clinic settings.

The role requires an active PT license, BLS, and strong clinical skills. Travel assignment offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits with support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Required: Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
• Required: Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Preferred: Doctorate degree in physical therapy

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and diagnose to identify functional limitations
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to coordinate care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and self-management
