Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Mattoon, Illinois. The role features a 4x10 schedule, 40 hours per week, and a 13-week duration in a home health setting.

The candidate should have a PT degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctoral) from an APTA-approved program, an active state license, and preferably BLS certification; some home health experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Some experience in home health.
• Good time management skills.

Responsibilities
