Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a traveling Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Mattoon, Illinois. The role is outpatient and rehabilitation-focused on the main hospital campus, with a 4x10 schedule of 10-hour night shifts and a 40-hour work week.

You will work to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Requires an active IL PT license and 2 years of experience; BLS may be required.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program and eligibility to practice.
• Active Illinois PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required by the facility.
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience.
• Must have a verifiable address within 50 miles of the facility.
• SBL cover sheet required (green arrow by job description).

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and rehabilitation therapy services.
• Work on the main hospital campus.
• 4x10 schedule with 10-hour shifts (night).
