Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Silver City, New Mexico. The role involves direct patient care, treatment planning, and collaboration with the care team for rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Must have Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE
• Must graduate from an accredited school
• Minimum one year of experience
• Current state license as a PT or in process
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer treatment programs with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and progress and educate patients and families.
• Develop care plans and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate patient goals.
