Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Arlington, Washington. You’ll deliver PT care to patients in home health settings for a 13-week assignment, working 40 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Requirements include a Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program, an active Washington license, CPR and BLS as applicable, a valid driver’s license, vehicle access, and current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Washington or compact license granting privilege to practice in the state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services in home health per plan of care and schedule.
• Travel within North Snohomish County including Arlington to treat patients.
• Float to nearby home health agencies as needed and maintain patient continuity.
• Mileage reimbursed between visits; maintain documentation and compliance.
