You will assess and treat patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions, supporting patient recovery and contributing to healthcare teams across diverse settings.

The role requires a PT degree, active state licensure, and (if required) BLS certification, with frequent travel and collaboration with staff to ensure quality patient care nationwide.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program; applicable licensure in the state.
• Active state license to practice Physical Therapy in the US.
• BLS certification may be required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients in SNF settings and other facilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to plan and adjust care.
