Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Florida. You will deliver patient-centered, evidence-based therapy across a range of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehab, while building relationships and advancing your clinical career.

You will document care in the Raintree EMR, collaborate with a supportive, clinician-led team, and participate in ongoing learning opportunities, CEUs, and mentorship within a flexible,

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience in outpatient settings with orthopedic/neurological/post-surgical rehab is a plus.

Your Role:
