Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum one year's experience in physical therapy.
- Current state license as a PT / PT(CPR) and license in process acceptable.
- CPR certification required.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE passing.
Responsibilities
- Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and develop treatment plans.
- Provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
- Document patient progress and educate patients and families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
